Well it might look like this after you ODed on Irish Soda bread. That's actually a close up picture of Grandma McGrath's Irish soda bread as prepared for baking by my better half.I'm sitting here with the house smelling wonderful with all the fresh baking going on but I'm under doctor's orders to not eat solid food until tomorrow afternoon due to a medical procedure I had performed today. :-(
However, I should be OK to partake in my wife's annual St. Patrick's Day corned beef & cabbage dinner on this coming Saturday with some good friends in attendance.
